1.0 General Rules

   1.1 Use channels according to their intended purposes. Using channels for unintended purposes is not recommended.
   1.2 Do not discuss politics and matters related to the Thai royal institution, or content that violates Thai laws.
   1.3 Do not send messages, share links, images, videos, pornographic content, obscenity, insults, discrimination, and content that causes conflicts or arguments.
      1.3.1 Do not share NSFW content in public channels, except in designated NSFW channels.
   1.4 Do not spam messages, links, images, videos.
   1.5 Do not advertise, promote, or share links to services, servers, or trading that are not related to InfinityHub Gaming.
   1.6 Do not cause disruption, annoyance, and trouble to other users.
   1.7 Do not use Mention @everyone and @here as general users.
   1.8 Do not perform any actions that cause damage and harm to the reputation of the Discord community.

2.0 Support Rules

   2.1 Do not make false reports or create fake evidence
   2.2 Problem reporting procedure for server, player, or other issues:
      2.2.1 Create a ticket in the [₊˚🎫︰support︲ticket] channel
      2.2.2 Provide complete details:

  • Your Steam name/SteamID64 :
  • Offender's name/ID (if applicable) :
  • Date and time
  • Detailed description
  • Evidence (images/video)
  • For faster assistance, please provide complete and clear details

3.0 ADMIN DECISIONS ARE FINAL

4.0 Reserve the right to add, modify, or change server information without prior notice

Penalty Levels:

Penalties start with warnings (in some cases) and escalate for repeat offenses or previous violation history

Initial penalties by case

  • Non-serious, general cases:
    warnings, then proceed according to admin discretion

  • Serious cases (causing problems for players and server):
    Immediate kick or ban, no warnings
